It is just a realization, an epiphany, a reminder of how are one, how one don’t want to be or maybe a strong vision that show a pivotal point that leads a new path.
All of those points given above leads to the same point where we can give way to the change, transformation, acceptance and growth. That means we are retreating to our hearts and remembering the connections we have mindfully.
