Breath Work
Enfes Nefes: Magnificent, Delightful, Ravishing Breath.
In this work we utilize different breathing technics to focus to purify our minds, observe the sources of our feelings, latencies, longings, illnesses so that we can unattached from them to meet to unknown where we attain the state of our true nature.
Breath Sessions , Breathing Circles, Retreats
Once upon a time an inspiring sage in one of his poem called the breath like this:
“I’m the the breath breathing human being”
Simply breath is life, our life…all life. When we are in the womb of our mother we are connected with our umbilical cord to the life and receive and give everything through it and when time comes and leave the womb we have lived in 9 months we go in to another womb with another umbilical cord, respectively it is call womb of great mother (life) and new and invisible cord (breath). It's the gift of the great mother, a reminder that it is with us all the time.
With every breath we receive the love, energy and knowledge of it and new cycle of life starts within us that takes care, renew and have us fells the feelings. In every breath we born again seamlessly. And our “breathing out” is our story that we tell to the life, to our sisters and brothers. Even in a simpler definition our "breathing out” is our expression, perception and understanding of life. Within this great experience called being human all the happenings happens through breath in the forms of speaking, listening, creating, feeling, learning…
Even the word “inspiration” comes from a latin word that means “to breath”.
Yes life and breath is singular and we are alone in it but our source of breath is the same so we are not alone , all connected, we are all related.
It's real, it’s life, it’s timeless, it’s sacred, it’s a great, silent and invisible teacher.
Since the breath is life itself, everything happens within it. So all the struggles we have whether physical or emotional is happening within breath. If our breath is flowing freely, unconditioned, unbiased we feel and live everything that happens in and around us freely, unconditioned and unbiased. That we live totally unattached, in harmony with life (universe) within its divine flow. That again means the breath is flowing naturally.
The work on the breath means that we acknowledge that some parts of our life we don’t feel the flow of life naturally. It might be a physical illness, emotional bottlenecks, confusions about how we like to live, what we would like to do, how to communicate in relationships, doubts, unclarity in spiritual realm and so on. All those given above is on the breath as a sign posts that your breath like your life is not flowing naturally. So that’s the reason we work on the breath.
The work starts where we are at the moment. Every ones breath is unique and represents life experience, DNA traces, and personal conditionings, understandings and perceptions. It might be physical struggles like astma, hiper tension, cancer, cardiac conditions, digestion difficulties, gender related conditions…might be emotional issues like difficulties of expressing, feeling, moving forward, leaving behind peacefully…might be existential questionings where it stuck at some point…So wherever you are is the exactly the right point to start. So no prior knowledge or work needed.
Intention of the retreats, and sessions is not only gain knowledge stored like a walking library in our being but reflect them to our lives so we can walk our own paths with psychical, emotional ,spiritual health, consciously with every breath we take, undisturbed by ever/never changing surroundings and invisible walls of conditionings.
Session
It’s an individual work that we do one to one. It consist of explanations of what, why we are doing in the session, where the participant is (personal state of mind and emotions), where he/she wants to be going and one hour long breath session. Total period of the session is two hours.
Breathing Circle
Having at least one individual session you may attend group sessions where we regularly breath together and share our experiences in a group. Sharing out loud shows yourself how you breath out, and maybe you hear yourself fist time. Listening others shows yourself how you breath in and maybe inspired by others in unexpected ways.
Retreat
From weekend long ones to two weeks longs of full of breathing sessions, dance of the breath sessions, communication (commune in action) games, group games, sharing circles, inspirational stories and ceremonies. We stay together in a nearby premises in the nature. Its is a holiday (holly day :)) that you give to yourself
